No Bake Macaroni and Cheese | Creamy Mac and Cheese | Pinoy Simple Cooking
Sharing with you no bake macaroni and cheese so and easy. It is so easy that you will be done in no time. This is no bake and just served right out of the pot. The cheese sauce is so easy to make, creamy and tastes great!
Here is No bake macaroni and cheese recipe:
NO Bake Macaroni and Cheese
INGREDIENTS
1 lb (454 g) elbow macaroni
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
For cooking pasta:
1. In a pot, boil water then cook pasta according to package instructions.
2. Once pasta is cooked, drain water then set aside.
For the cheese sauce:
1. In preheated sauce pan on a medium low heat add butter and heat until melted.
2. Add 3 tbsp flour cook until it turns color to brown.
3. Slowly add milk. Stir and cook until smooth and bubbly.
4. Add salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
5. Add shredded cheese. Stir cheese until melted.
6. Continue mixing until creamy and smooth. Sauce should be nice and thick.
7. Combine sauce and pasta. Stir until pasta is fully coated with sauce.
8. Then it's done! Transfer to serving plate. Serve and Enjoy!
