I am wondering what is the size or brand of your food processor/blender? My current blender is too small and it has a problem trying to purée the cashews. So I’m shopping for a food processor/blender similar to yours so I can make your recipes easier. Thank you.

Hello! Thanks for your kind words. I’m really appreciate it. For layering, until set means, yes it’s firm enough to add next layer. Usually 1-2 hours. Once finish all layers, it needs to be frozen well - firm to touch. Usually 6+hours. To serve, set out from the freezer until slightly soft to touch - about 10-15 mins. This applies to the all no-bake cheesecake I make :)
