NO EGGS, MILK or BUTTER. This cake with SPARKLING WATER is so Easy to Make

Hello beautiful people
Made this super easy cake today and it turned out amazing and for those of you that have dietary restrictions this cake has no eggs, no milk and no butter.
One ingredient that you will find odd is the sparkling water but trust me, the sparkling water helps the batter to raise and gives extra moisture to the final cake.
Ingredients you will need:
300ml sparkling water
150ml oil
300g sugar
450g flour
2 tsp of baking powder
Orange zest
Vanilla
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp of fruit jam ( I used raspberry in mine )
Confectionary sugar
Method
1- In a bowl combine water, oil and sugar. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
2- Slowly whisk in flour, whisk until free of any lumps.
3- Add orange zest, vanilla and baking powder.
4- Transfer half of the batter to a floured cake mold.
5- Add to the remaining half of the batter, cocoa and fruit jam and mix to combine.
6- Pour over the white batter and with a spoon give a couple of swirls.
7- Bake at 180C / 356F for about 50 minutes.
8- Dust with some confectionary sugar.
