SOFT like the CLOUDS these BREAD ROLL filled with CHEESE are INCREDIBLE

Hello Hello everyone!
I feels like forever since my last bread recipe, so we are coming back with a bang, although it has only been a month. LOL
Today we are making the softest bread i ever made and I kid you not, this bread is soft like the clouds, its sweet savory all in the same bite.
Roll up your sleeves and come with me in this bread making journey, you will enjoy every single bite out of it I promise.
Ingredients
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup mashed potato
2 tsp instant yeast
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
16 pieces mozzarella cheese or the cheese of your preference
Method
1. combine evaporated milk, sugar, salt and eggs and mix to combine.
2. add in mash potatoes, yeast and gradually add in the flour.
3. mix until a dough is formed and set aside covered for 20 minutes
4. after 20 minutes add softened butter and knead for about 7 minutes until all the butter been absorbed and to form a smooth soft dough.
5. cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
6. over a floured bench dived the dough in 16 pieces.
7. roll each piece into a ball cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
8. open each ball into a round long shape and add a stick of cheese.
9. roll the cheese with the dough tightly, pressing the seam to seal. Set on a tray with the seam down.
10. brush each bread roll with butter, cover and let it rise for another 20 minutes to an hour.
11. bake in hot oven 180C / 356F for about 25 minutes.
12. remove from the oven brush with more butter and let it cool down fora few minutes.
13. roll each bread to coat with sugar.
