Nobody does no equipment better than FB.I only started lifting 8 months ago,before that I worked out with FB purely through no equipment videos.So grateful for you guys!

I love this workout! I love cardio kickboxing and I also love strength training using only body resistance. This is a two for one. :) I just moved 25 minutes out of town and decided to see what workouts I could find on KZbin since working out in class in town isn't much of an option. So happy to have found your channel. Three weeks into your workouts, and I'm not bored yet. Looks like, with the amount of video offerings you have, it might take a while. :) Also, love you and your husband's down to earth personalities. Thank you!

Thank you so so much for working out with me Kelli! I've been working out with Fitness Blender videos for about 6 months now and lost 15 kg (yeey), but this afternoon I was feeling very anxious and awful (it hasn't happend for a long time). I really enjoy all of your low impact workouts. I live on the second floor of an apartment building, so jumping and running are difficult to do without feeling guilty like I am disturbing my neighbors! So, I really appreciate the videos that you make that allow me to still get a good workout in while also being a courteous neighbor! :)

Liked switching it up with the kickboxing (which I've really been liking the more I do it with you all!) and upper body without weights... surprisingly effective and I worked up a good sweat. I loved the kickboxing part of this! It was my first time doing kickboxing moves and now I want to find other workouts with it! I finished this video feeling accomplished and not discouraged. Def incorporating this into my weekly routine and adding weights gradually!

Workout complete! Really enjoyed this one. This workout had a lot of new moves and combos that I don't regularly see in FB workouts (or that I haven't done before). Also love that this is a workout for people who get bored easily. Only doing one round per exercise helps the workout fly by faster than having multiple rounds. This is a fun cardio that is great if you're looking for a change up from your normal cardio routine! Also love that it's a 35 min cardio with NO hiit!!

#FitnessBlender I work as an assistant director for films and TV commercials. And I can't stress the importance of a workout routine in my field. It has increased my endurance levels and my stamina also my agility since we hardly get to sit for straight 12-16 hrs...and that would mean our body going stiff...but the workouts help me keep my mobility intact.

I'm a student but I work as a room attendant in a hotel to support my living. And working out definitely helps! I've been doing this job for a while but now when I'm regularly working out, I no longer get back pain. Nearly every co-worker I know have in some point or another complained about a sore back, it's very very common in this job.

I am so excited to add this to my calendar! I've been watching as I fold laundry as a preview, and I'm rather mesmerized at the concept of doing all of this without equipment. The more I think of it, of course, I'm guessing that working out this way has a more toning effect, because you're able to go longer, rather than a strength/building type of workout. Is that correct? Forgot to comment yesterday! OMG I half regret giving a 100% to the jabs, crosses and upper cuts! I did a bit of French boxing way back and I'm proud to say that I still pack a punch haha. But now I'm sore not only in my arms and chest but also my upper ribs and under my armpits...Haven't felt sore there since my boxing days in fact. Awesome workout as always, I'm always shocked at how humbling upper body workouts are, even with bodyweight . Thank you Kelli!

Sneaky! Tougher that I expected -- long intervals of bodyweight strength training can be deceivingly tough. Then, throw in cardio kickboxing in between. Love it!

I've really been struggling with the running and jumping at the moment -- my energy level just isn't up to speed. So it was really fun to do some cardio that included other exercises that weren't so much that. Thanks for the workout :)

How did you know I wanted to bail out halfway?? I used to do 1 of your smaller workouts after 1 regular one for an extra umph. Then I got some injuries, and became lazy after that. This is my first workout in a very long time and it was tough to get through. Thank you for the encouraging words throughout :) I look forward to being able to do your 1000 calorie workouts again.
