This is exactly what I am looking for : non-jumping version of cardio kickboxing workout. No jumping definitely doesn't means lower intensity, as the kickboxing movements involve larger activities on both upper and lower body. Super sweaty and get my average heart rate to 165. Burned 420kCal in total. Particularly love your dance cardio and kickboxing HIIT, and this will be my second beloved Eleni's workout (The first is Latin Dance HIIT :D ) . That’s so true, no jumping doesn’t mean lower intensity. Sometimes I think it’s even harder because it requires intense muscle control. Especially the way our dear Eleni choreographs. 🙂

I love this workout since I had knee joint replacements over 15 years ago (previous runner). I have done this work-out about 10 times now and I am seeing my waist again and the last time I saw my waist was over 15 years ago! I also lost weight because my clothing is loose and my PJ bottoms almost fell off. However, I am afraid to weigh myself, because I hate the scale. Anyway, I alternate this work-out with Walk At home. Finally something works. Thank you Eleni Fit.

Whew! Low impact does not mean low calorie burn. I burned 420kCal in total and seriously sweating. I did up the ante a little bit and added 1lb wrist weights to my hands. More of these please!

I've been doing Pilates HIIT with Eleni for almost 2 months. I love the multi-tasking: cardio and toning together. During the first week of working out, I did this kickboxing workout. It was challenging. I decided after 2 months,I should probably change up the workouts a bit, so plan to do a cardio workout 1 of my 6 workouts/week. The rest will be more pilates inspired. I did this kickboxing workout yesterday and it was SO MUCH EASIER than when I did it 7 weeks ago. It was a great workout - but I was able to give it my all, felt like I had a great workout and felt good - not exhausted when finished. I believe that's because of the fitness I'm gaining from Pilates. Saving this one, but back to Pilates today. Thank you Eleni!

I usually forget to say, Eleni you are excellent in choosing the music. 😄I was almost exhausted in the last 10% (esp I have finished a pilates HIIT and a 5000-step beforehand😂) but the music helped me to keep up. No words are needed. No talking. Just followed the beat and I smashed it!

Positively obsessed with your videos! I love how you included a slower movement with the leg extensions in this. I added some very light hand weights to get a little extra challenge for my arms. Another great workout, keep up the fantastic work!

this is the first workout I have done in 2 weeks after holidaying in LA. I feel amazing, this was SUCH an awesome workout! Gerade heute morgen dachte ich: ach du könntest mal Abwechslung bei deinen Workouts gebrauchen. KZbin gestartet und er zeigte mir dieses Video hier an. Ich liebe Kickboxing, gerade ohne Springen. Stört mich an sich nicht, aber wenn ich das tue wackelt alles in meinem Zimmer wegen dem Holzboden. :D Deswegen dankeschön für das tolle Workout. Gleich mal deinen Kanal angeschaut, ein Abo dagelassen und ein paar Videos gespeichert, die ich die Tage machen möchte. Glückwunsch zu 1 Mio Followern, ich weiß was das für harte Arbeit ist.
