Another example are negative movements like lowering slowly down in a push-up or pike push-ups for more advanced.

Day 5 of 5 week challenge. The easiest workout so far but still worked up a small sweat. Already noticing more firmness is my upper body. Stay updated with me on the 5 week journey by checking the other comment sections. Day 9 of 5 week challenge. For some reason it was a bit more intense this time around but I feel I had better form and fuller motions. This is the first day of the program that includes 2 workouts. Onto abs. See you over in the comments! Day 16 (workout 15) of 5 week challenge. Headache today but completed this workout. Still the easiest workout thus far. Keep powering through!

This isn't going to develop your back what so ever 🤣🤣 Please hear me. - Find a rock and do atlas stone lifts with it, or deadlifts till failure. - Do pullups to the point where you can't do a single rep. - Do chinups till you cant do a single rep. - Take bags and fill them with weights and do shrugs to failure.

Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do them the right way. It's not 70% diet and 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home since corona time... The meal plan I'm following is from Dietarize. I lost 25lbs in four weeks (mostly fat, but some water for sure). I like its flexibility and simplicity. I'm considering hiring a personal trainer in the future, but for now Dietarize does really good job and it is a lot cheaper 😀

Anyone who is saying they feel 'nothing' to the first time through needs to make sure they are doing these right. 1. As much of your upper body needs to be off the ground as you do these movements, and you are not touching the ground totally and losing tension between reps. 2. You need to me making your you're contracting the lats as hard as you can on these movements and giving a full squeeze at the peak of the movement. For example with the towel pulldowns, your upper torso needs to be off the ground, you need to be isometrically trying to pull the towel apart while you are pulling your elbows down, and you need to contract hard at the peak of the movement. And you don't let up on the isometric tension the whole time during the set.

My back is BURNING, I love this workout. Thanks man💯 really nice that I can do most of it despite my elbow not functioning super well, there's too many exercises out there asking for my arms lol
