I think this has to be my new favourite workout! My back has always been causing me issues, and I've wanted to find a workout to strengthen it & get better posture for ages. Additionally to being super effective, this workout is also really fun and just flies by! Love your channel so much, your energy is amazing, you're motivating, and you really focus on the effectiveness of the exercises. You definitely deserve more subscribers!

I’m an animator, which means my posture is pure garbage. I’ve been incorporating this workout into my routine for about 3 months and it has been doing wONDERS, thank you so much for this video haha

Literally after doing this workout for 3 days. First time I picked my kettlebell it felt so lighter to me. I learned that having a strong back is really important when you start using weights. Frfr

These exercises are made especially for the back, but after a while, doing these exercises also slims your waist !🤭 KEEP GOING !!! REMEBER, IF IT HURTS, IT'S WORKING

My posture has been really bad lately so i looked for a workout that could help me make it better and let me tell you- This is by far, the most fun and affective upper back body work out i have ever tried. I've doing it for almost two weeks plus now and i can already feel my posture has improved alot. Thank you for this!

I've bern doing this workout almost everyday since September to balance the cirque du soliel 7 min ab work out. What I ❤ about your 14 min back is the sequence of exercises. They flow so well, build up an appropriate tiredness and I can get through all of them with determination, ease and elegance. I've tried your 15 min back workout which is good and tired me out quickly (also I haven't been building up with that workout every day) I wanted to say thank you again and give targeted feedback. Thank you so much for the workouts! Having scoliosis but loving Horse riding, my back always been an issue from 14 years on. I even went to something called back school, specifically from your health insurance to strengthen your back (im from germany) and it always only got worse. So many diffrent treatments and nothing helped. Your two back workouts have made such a difference, not only improving my riding but just making life so much better! I love how specifically you explain how to do each exercise, making sure we are doing it right! Keep up the great work!

My back really suffered post-partum. I had previous back issues, and picking up a baby over and over made it worse. I'm very physically active but often neglect to do specific back workouts. Your workouts are quick, practical, and so helpful. I've definitely felt a difference since doing these workouts regularly. Thank you!

Ohhh girl! That was tough. I thought I was gonna die when you started doing the reverse push ups lol. But totally worth it! You hit a lot of other areas other than the back too. This is great for you entire core and I still feel it in my back arms. Thanks! Have a great weekend!

Finally a good lower back workout without weights! I’m in fairly good shape but I have arthritis in my back 😒 so my lower back needs different type of exercises to gain strength. So happy I found your channel!

I had slip disc. Incorporating these excercises in my daily routine with proper nutrition has helped me a lot. It's a magic for my back. Thankyou so much for changing my life😊 Everyone should do this excercise daily especially if you are suffering from back pain/ slip disc with 10mins abs excercise by jibby studio.

Your other back workout has worked so perfectly for my posture, this one is a bit challenging for me as I'm not a plank/push ups expert, but I did my best and I'll soon master it :D

Whew that one was a bit more difficult! Didn’t mind the boat hold but weirdly hated the boat pulse. Everything else was great. Love the plank moves.

Hey, hey. I have a bone spur that sometimes pushes on the nerve the doctor that I’m going to wants to do surgery to cut it off which means back surgery, I don’t want to do that. What I find interesting is that he doesn’t have any alternative Things to tell me that I can do. When I ask what is causing it he just says your back is adding more calcium to that area to protect it which, of course tells me nothing. What I have found out is the reason why you have bonus spurs is because your posture Has changed and the body is trying to protect itself by adding more calcium to protect that area now, if you correct your posture and strengthen your back muscles, you won’t have those problems. Also, he should’ve told me if there’s any way to get this calcification to decrease from what I understand apple cider vinegar, I’ll have to do more research on this. Why can’t I find a doctor that says that we need to work on your posture and strengthening back muscles so that you don’t have these problems anymore. I’m going with natural and exercise.

Hii just found your 7 months old back exercise video, I'm so glad you made another! I find most workouts by other KZbinrs too hard, because they use weights or idk i feel like they don't help my condition (scoliosis+scheuermann). But this seems really useful and I tried some of these with professional help before corona, so I guess they are healthy. :) So glad I've found your channel, good luck in the future 👏
