Many, many, many thanks for your video. I was just about to take apart my cooker and check the thermostat, element etc when I decided to check out possible faults on KZbin. One of the faults you mentioned is the fact that the cooker could be set on automatic. Sure enough, that was the problem. You have saved me a lot of work and I am very grateful. My wife was well impressed that I solved the problem so quickly - brownie points galore!!

Glad it helped you would not believe the amount of people that go into panic mode Christmas morning because of that same fault, someone cleans the cooker the night before accidentally knocked it onto auto and then Christmas Day is ruined. That is quite a professional explanation, thanks a lot! I have got a 2-year-old "Gorenje simplicity" oven. It does not heat at all. I checked all three elements by hand, to see if any of them heats, but does not. What do you think I should first check? It has a touchscreen display, which is why I could not check to see if the thermostat works or not. Thank you for your answer in advance.

Hello my Leisure Cuisine 100 ( model: RCM10FRKP) while trying to grill my bacon it “trips” the electrical circuit switch …Any ideas….? Replace the element …?

I changed all three elements and still not heating , changed board still no luck , changed the thermostat, the oven on some modes it’s causes the oven lights to come and off intermittently.. model HBE5451UC 500 Series . Any possible ideas any guidance be appreciated.

Great Videos - I'm trying to fix my miele oven at the moment... The darn thing works just about once every blue moon, and then nothing for days - It just stops heating the fan works, and lights are on but don't heat up on any setting. I've tested the resistances and found the double resistance in the top of the oven gives me 200 ohms (I found that a bit high after watching you test those resistances). I've tested the power with an AMP meter and found the amps are very low. (enough for lights and fan only). If you should have any hints as to what I should look at next... anybody's ideas are welcome. If not I'm still checking out your videos on my day off. cheers...

Like everything today it's throwaway and buy new, or the manufacturers would struggle to make money an ovens an oven but no we have to complicate it further

I don't know about oven, it's the hobs they will only heat to a rapid boil but not hot enough to brown something while frying? Any ideas? TIA.
