Today I will be sharing with you a super simple bread recipe. No-knead! The method and ingredients are very simple. It contains less sugar and oil, much more heathy too!
🍞Ingredients
1. Dough
All Purpose Flour 300g (2.5 Cup)
Salt 5g ( 1 Tsp)
Yeast 3g (1 Tsp)
Sugar 13g (1 Tbsp)
Water 230ml
Olive Oil 13g + 13g (1 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp)
2. Topping
Garlic Cloves 6 Pc
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
Salt 1/8 Tsp
Parsley 1 Tsp
Rosemary Some
Preheat oven at 425F/220C,bake for 20minutes
