Thank you, very instructive video! Is this a good pose if you have hiatus hernia, and are there other yoga practises that could be beneficial if one has this hernia?

It is recommended that you in case of hiatal hernia you please practice in person with a yoga teacher. Depending on the situation they will guide you properly.

Mam mujhe full yoga sikhna h aapse kya aap online seekhate ho bcoz mujhe bilkul nhi ata yoga but mujhe interest h seekhna h

*Madam, main bohot bara tubelight hoon, sach main. 24 sal ka hoon lekin kuch bhi samaj nahi aata. Aagar aap ya koi aur mujhe study main ya kisi bhi chiz main mujhe samjayee toh main kuch nahi samjoon ga, bohot mushkill hoo jata hain. Bachpan se lekar aaj tak main kaisa par kiya yeh sirf main aur uparwala janta hain. Main study main, general knowledge main, mera commutation skills zero hain. Ya sab kuch, main bohot hi tubelight hoon, I repeat bohot hi tubelight hoon. Aab jab main aapne problem samaj chuka hoon toh main ye tik karna chahta hoon. Aap jo bhi video banate hoon, mere ko toh kuch bhi samaj nahi aata kyunki main tubelight hoon, yeh sach hain. Madam, jap uparwala aapko khud hi problem samajne ki shakti detaa hain, matlab aab main khud hi janta hoon ki mera problem kya hain, toh isse aachi baat aur kya ho sakta hain, main ye tik karna chahta hoon. Madam kya breathing exercise se brain structure ya brain change hoo jata hain kya. Kyunki main sirf breathing technique ka samajta hoon, aur kuch nahi. Kya only breathing exercise karne se brain structure OR brain change ho jata hain? Kya only breathing exercise karne se brain Alpha OR Theta level par ja sakta hain? Matlab, Anulom Vilom Pranayam, Brahmari Pranayam, Only Breathing Mediation(close eyes and only focus box breathing 4-7-8 aur kuch nahi with mediation pose) Aur jitne bhi breathing exercise hain uss exercise karne se kya brain change ho hata hain, brain alpha ya theta level par jata hain, zero thought par jata hain. Aagar ye possible hain toh please aap iss topic par video upload kariye step by step. Kyunki yeh hamee bohot hi zaroorat hain, seriously bohot zaroorat hain. Main aapse request karta hoon.
