So easily explained and we are getting help by watching your videos 🙏 Can you please make series on diabetes as it is one of the major problem facing in India and across the world. Some patients dependant on insulin and tablets. I personally want to have any yogic way or practice by which diabetes can be reversed. Atleast we can be independent from insulin and tablets🙏
@NamasteYoga3332 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for watching the videos. Diabetes is an issue caused by many reasons. Just yogasanas are not enough, it also needs diet and change in life style. I cannot promise that I will make a yoga video for it. As it would be wrong to claim that yogasanas only can prevent or reduce diabetes. But, I will see what I can do about it.

@@NamasteYoga333 You are right mam. But these days we could see many channels or videos which are showing asana's that could help in releasing insulin from pancreas but we want an authentic video as your video and info always authentic!

I just found your videos and am so grateful for the work you are doing! Where would you suggest we go for information about how often to do this practice for particular situations? I am 10 months in to a debilitating case of tendonitis and eager to explore all options.

Please reach out to a trained yoga teacher who can help you locally. If the problem is not due to injury then I would suggest to reach to an Ayurvedic practitioner to make the proper changes in your diet and lifestyle.

Can we take a break between two attempts
@NamasteYoga3337 ай бұрын
Not a kind of break where you get up do some other stuff and come back. But yes, breath should be natural. Sometimes after the exhale you do not feel the need to take next inhale right away, at that time just be in the moment and when the need for next inhale comes then do it.

Try sitting on a donut pillow, it will be really helpful in taking the pressure away from your spine. amzn.to/3BEfwJi

@NamasteYoga3332 жыл бұрын
There is no intentional way of putting your teeth. Just be natural, if they vibrate its OK. Sometimes I feel the vibration in the teeth, sometimes not.
