Yep, it's a great winch. Once I got my power cable issues sorted out on my jeep, that is. But it performs well, and I love my wireless remote.

Hi, Great video! can the remote door on the control box open just a little past half way up and still be able to plug in the remote cable?

The door needs to up 90 degrees (horizontal) to clear the plug.

The older Gen 2 Smittybilt winches are really good. The newer ones are not. The Superwinch SX is really good, and a significant improvement over the SB Gen 3 winch.

How did you program to lights? Are they with the superwinch wireless accessory control? Can't find how to program remote to accessory control box.

I've used it a few times. It works very well. I've been having a separate issue that has prevented me from using the winch for a while. I'll be posting a video on it soon, but the short version is that my Positive Battery Cable failed and was causing all kinds of weird electrical problems.

Smittybilt winches / Great BUT / IF they break there are NO Parts. I was told today that the solenoid i need, is in on a 60-90 day back order and not taking any more orders for the part. WHAT! Yea 30' of cable on the ground and NO parts. Fortunatly after tearing the front off my Truck to get to the winch solenoids, Yes you can override the solenoinds on the back side of the solenoid, by pushing in the rod. Been nice if Smittybilt shared this info with me. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obouisly there going out of business !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looking for a new winch................ EVERYTHING BREAKS OFF ROAD. PARTS WHERE"S THE PARTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
