what kind of life if you need to avoid these foods. my son in law has gout attack almost every month. i asked him to use berberine to try to reduce his sugar spike. you know what, his gout attack disappeared after one month. just share this hopefully this will be helpful...

Nettle tea or baking soda in a glass of water or celery stalk and the white part of the chives made into a smoothie with lime juice. Any one of the three or all three inthe course of the day !😊

Benzbromarone has helped me to get rid off gout after 20 years. I haven't had an attack since I took them about 7 years ago now. I had severe attacks where I wasn't able to walk anymore. I'm in Japan and the ones I have have are prohibited in the US and a few other countries . They are the nr1 medicine to prescribed by the doctors here

Uric acid crystals cant form at body temperature, that's why they form in the toe its two or more degrees cooler. Your foot must go into a hot foot bath and then kept warm.

I have gout pains once in a while because i drink beer on the weekends. I flush out the uric acid with lots of water and lemons.
