You know what makes me crazy? This woman puts out a video with info. She isn’t trying to game anyone like so many do trying to sell something, make money etc. People trying to knock down her info make me crazy. Why not take your time and make a video of what you think would fight inflammation and not in the spirit of criticizing someone else’s video. We need to start turning this society around to be more kind and helpful and yes we need to start at very what seems like small ways. When I listen to a video I don’t like, unless asked a question by the person delivering it, I go on to the next. We need to get back to kindness one step at a time.

This post is disingenuous. Spinach is extremely high in oxalates. Eating spinach daily as some people do, will cause oxalates to be deposited in the joints and body tissue since the kidneys can only get rid of a small amount every day. Sure, lime juice will stop stones from forming in your kidneys, as will any type of citric acid. Orange juice or Lemon juice will do the same thing, but that will not stop oxalates from accumulating in the body if you are eating too many. Oxalates under a microscope look like glass shards, they cause inflammation throughout the body contributing to all kinds of health issues. If you have been consuming too many oxalates and go on a low oxalate diet to get rid of all the oxalates in your system, it could take months or even years to get rid of them all.

@@lawillertonwell, don't eat everyday. I eat it 5 days a week, 1 cup (after it's shrunk from steaming😅), sprinkle with lemon juice, eating with calcium, and of course steaming them. Between the 3, most oxaltes are depleted. There's literally oxalates in all plant foods. Spinach is at the top of list yet is the most powerful (along with kale) leafy veggie embedded with nutrients particularly if steamed/sauteed. There's ample research on the aforementioned methods on Spinach. As mentioned in other posts, videos, etc. .if you're one with kidney problems, Spinach should be very limited or not eaten at all. Many folks eat it daily and have wonderful results. Yet I'm sure they do the things strongly recommended to deplete oxalates. 😊😮😅

I enjoyed this video a lot. I'm very keen to stave off inflammation and I have learned a lot about it, and sometimes I think I've heard it all already. But there was a lot of information in this video that was new to me. I did chuckle a little bit about the capers: I might eat a small red onion in one sitting, but there is NO WAY I could eat 3 oz. of capers at once. That's a superfood destined to be enjoyed in super-small increments.

I just found your channel and really enjoyed it. I’m having a big problem with inflammation. Your list is filled with a lot of what I like. The things I don’t like you’ve given alternate options. I also like the way you deliver your information. You don’t try to capture or I call “kidnap us” with lots of extraneous conversation. I especially dislike when someone tells us all details about the subject at hand… then at the end give the original info. My brain works differently. I need the info for instance you mentioned capers… I happen to like them. But then I start incorporating what you said about its nutritional value and different ways to use. If it’s done the opposite way I’m busy trying to guess what the item is missing the info I didn’t know. So I’m looking forward to research your other videos …. Thank you very much. Plus you have a pleasant voice and cadence.

@NerveDoctors
@NerveDoctors 5 ай бұрын
Hi There, So spinach like many leafy greens are high in oxalates. If your kidneys are healthy, your body can easily excrete oxalates in the urine. If you have kidney disease, then you should be careful not to consume too much oxalates in a given day. People assume that just because spinach has oxalates you shouldn't consume it. However, spinach has a tremendous amount of nutrients so as long as your kidneys are healthy, it's not an issue.

Garlic and turmeric are great anti inflammatory foods to add to the diet. Turmeric is also good to prevent Alzheimers disease. And cook with cold compressed extra virgin coconut oil.

@@ladyhawk5245 NOT CHOCOLATE- CACAO, OR 80% DARK CHOCOLATE *WITHOUT SUGAR.😉 YOU CAN SWEETEN WITH STEVIA, XYLITOL OR MONK FRUIT. AND STAY AWAY FROM ERYTHRITOL, IT WAS RECENTLY FOUND TO B TOXIC. AND OF COURSE STAY AWAY FROM AGAVE- IT'S JUST AS BAD AS SUGAR & HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP CAUSING METABOLIC SYNDROME.😒 🌺☮️💟🌺

Love your videos and so appreciate the information. Perhaps you could do a video on oxalates. You mentioned spinach but after watching Dr Sally Norton I'm staying away due to the high oxalate content. I'd love to know what you guys think about oxalates and their relation to nerve damage?

I have heard that simmering spinach in water to discard removes oxalates.

What a find!!! I suffer from a lot of lots if spinal injuries. I am an RN that suffered a serious injury on a psych unit that ended my career. So I am always searching for help. I don't like pain meds as I have found that if you block the pain too much you tend to move in a way that will worsen your pain when the pill wears off. So it is not an option for me, that just creates that vicious circle of pain meds. I listened this and was very excited. Those are the kind of finds that can make your life more product, healthier in many ways.....what a find! I loved the simplicity of the whole thing, and the amount of info was very generous. I personally am a huge fan of chiropractors, they just make perfect sense to me. Thanks so much for the info and I look forward to more. 😂

Are you vaccinated? Have you vaccinated people do you feel guilty about that? Do you feel that you deserve your injury while working in the psych ward? And are you answering honestly about that? Have you really meditated on your life?

Not sure what you are talking about. I don't recall mentioning vaccines so your answer is CRAZY!! Since that is my specialty you made need some treatment. I don't really even know how to answer. I did not get a covid vaccine in fact I only get a pneumonia vaccine because I have a 4th stage NHL. I don't normally say things like this but you really got on my last nerve today. You are a sick person full of hate. Perhaps seeing psychiatrist would be of benefit for you because made no sense with your statement. You may also want to start praying more for your salvation. Because it is my belief and relationship with the Lord I will pray for you.

Will the two nutrients you offer help with carpal tunnel syndrome? I’ve suffered with carpal tunnel syndrome since 1998. The symptoms are bad and left hand, and only slight in the right hand. Thank you so much for your information.

To my knowledge the most common cause for CTS is excess muscle tension in the inner forearm. You can probably see a tutorial by massage Rebel to get rid of that. Also the upper arm , chest, neck, shoulder may have excess tension. Make sure to rule out myofascial trigger points in all these areas. A well educated medical massage therapist should be able to cure it for you in a few sessions

@@70onfire15that's great. hopefully the underlying cause won't cause additional health problems to you. The surgeons cut the carpal ligament to allow more space for the excess fluid that should not be there.

You might consider surgery. It’s 99% effective in eliminating pain. I did this 10 years ago, outpatient surgery and have had no pain since.
@sweetbeep
@sweetbeep 5 ай бұрын
@@davidtrindle6473 ..go ahead and Google the statistics. It's not good at all, probably because it never actually fixes the problem, all it does it create space for extra fluid that never should have been there to begin with. Plus some people can end up with a worse outcome than before surgery. Plus surgery is expensive. Fixing the actual problem could be free if doctors were educated enough to know. But we have to figure this out on our own. Go to an educated medical massage therapist.
