Hi Coach ma'am! Is this class for men too? I am a man and did this lesson with my MIL. It was really brutal for me! I used soda cans as weights and I stopped at around 4 minutes as my arms just gave up 😟 My MIL did the full lesson with 6 lb dumbbells and she repeated the lesson later in the day as well! Her biceps bulge like yours and are rock hard! I feel really low and defeated.
