Thank you so much for your chair exercises. I do them on KZbin on T.V. five days a week. You gave me hope to exercise and get fit. I had a bad accident a few years ago, and they weren't sure I'd even walk again, I lost my short term memory and had to retire earlier than expected. I found your chair exercises on TV and you gave me hope. I just wanted to tell you thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤

Thank you coach I used my new 6 lbs. I didnt think I would make it with them. I had my 3-6 lbs out. I am definitely feeling the burn. These doctors and others that are telking me that you can't get a body weight workout in a chair need to try yours.

That makes no sense what the doctors are saying because most of weightlifting at the gym are seated!

Well, now I'm not embarrassed that I sit for some weight movements! This was a very well thought out lifting session! I find that if I sit rather than stand, I can maintain my form in the proper position & not tweak my back. This was a very well thought out lifting session, Coach Paul!

Thanks, most strength training exercises are done from a seated position. If you go to any gym you will see most are done seated.
