ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS! Love the no repeaters. Still a sweaty mess! my obliques have been sore for days haha. I'm on my week 3 day 4 active rest day of the TK Intervals program. p.s. major bummer bout your car:/

This was an excellent cardio workout! Sorry to hear about your car and the palm tree. I'm curious to know what kinds of indoor fitness shoes you like and where to purchase them. I'm having a hard time here in So Cal finding any store that carries more than running shoes.
