I have to thank you - I've been using your various arm workouts for almost a month now, and I'm already seeing definition! And also a huge thanks for the no-squat/-lunge workouts; when you have old, crackly knees, they're a lifesaver! ;) This one is more knee-intensive than I can do at this time, but I'm working up to it, and hopefully these old bones will cooperate!

Pls have more 'no repeat' full body workouts! I love no repeat workouts, cuz you know you don't have to repeat the exercises again in the workout, and you only do one time of each exercise. I love your full body and leg exercises, those with simple resistance bands and dumbbells only, but are intense enough, bc I love intense workouts in 10-20 min! I also like how some have more jumping and some have less, so I know which ones to do depending on how I feel that day. Hope you can continue keep up the good work, keep up the quality of videos/intense workouts/variety of types of workouts and will always support you! Thanks a lot :)

I’ve been doing your workouts before all this coronavirus scariness and having to workout at home. I really appreciate how you offer this platform to individuals and that you post so regularly and your workouts are super unique and go by quite fast, cause some of the moves I’ve never done before! This is one of my all time favs! I love that when we go to the ground we stay there for a few rounds instead of up/down/up/down. You're great at paying attention to things like that!!! More no repeats please! :)

I have seen more changes in my body the last 2-3 months doing your workouts than when i was running 20+ miles a week, doing barre, and lifting at the gym. You are amazing!

Love the workout. I am a guy and prefer the elliptical or treadmill. But since the gym’s being closed because of COVID 19. I can do this at home.

Excellent workout this morning! I love the pace! Not too fast, not too slow. Every move is effective! I love these 20 minute workouts! With difficult-to-see form (like kettle bell thrusts) or moves that are targeting a muscle that we can't see moving on you - I would love to see you point to or demonstrate the muscle squeeze (for example, turn and show us squeezing the booty in the beginning). Also, sometimes I miss looking at the countdown clock and would love to hear you say, "Here we go!" or something each time to signal the 45 seconds has begun... otherwise I race to catch up. Thank you so much for these excellent videos!! SO GOOD!

This is absolutely one of my favourite workouts, I love that you integrate lower intensity exercises throughout, so your body is working hard but you’re not straining yourself. It helps to maintain the feeling that you’re pushing yourself NOT punishing, and gives you so much more motivation to finish. Thank you for helping me SWEAT AT HOME (mindfully) 😅🙏🥰

yesterday I did a 50 minute work out, today i'm struggling through this 20 minute. I don't recommend drinking a margarita before exercising haha.

love love the full body workouts and would love longer ones like 30-40 minutes ones! they're harder but i like them when I have the time. The no repeats was great, when I have to do an exersize I don't like the second time I'm never as motivated, that isn't a problem with this workout! thanks maddie xx

Love your ab, full body and hiit workouts!!! I've been doing them for about two years now!!! I would love if you could make a video about the type of workouts that are apropriate for when you are on your period. I find it really difficult to workout when it's that time of the month. :( Thank you!!!

dude I love your workouts & I really admire how you keep the exercises fresh! I tend to get stuck doing the same movements, (for example, sit-ups, russian twists, regular squats) so it’s nice to come to your channel and get some new ideas to try in the gym & at home! 💓

I love the 45 sec intervals; it keeps the pace moving and it’s long enough to get a burn. The no repeat always keeps it interesting and I love moves that keep the heart rate up. This is great one!
