Heat .....heat is your best friend when repairing and reshaping aluminum body panels. Get a pair of welding gloves and a MAP gas torch, or a good hot heat gun.

Also a temp gun,....285 to 415 degrees F. That is your window of workability.

FYI always drill a hole at the end of your cut or split , it keeps it from tearing more after repairs.

Did this before on a dark color car. After a while you will see the cut line. Somehow it shrinks. Just so you know. ..Maybe on white it won't be as visible.

Probably high and then you’d have to also paint the door to blend the fender

That panel bond glue gun cost $100 and the panel bond cost $$ Why not use $15 jb weld
