In my day we were only running in yards. 100 yards is 91.44 meters and the high school top times was always under 10 seconds. These guys are running that in 100 meters! Amazing speed.

Knighton was pushing it to secure the win, he started blowing hard where as lyles was extremely relaxed the whole time although the was cutting it very close with that finish, very well couldn’t have caught him in time. Knighton’s conditioning will prove to be what makes him a truly deadly threat as he matures, he’s young so he can’t train as hard as a 26 yr old YET, but in due time he’ll break usain’s record as his muscles grow, mark my words.
