Nice stuff, I'mma work it in right away. And a question; do you already have a video on your outro song? Everytime I hear it I get super excited to learn it! Thanks for your work brother ♡

Thanks Eli, must admit I've not picked up my banjo in a year... Need to get back on it, might have to revisit the 30 days series again. Any plans for another similar series at all?

I really would subscribe your patreon but I didn't understand what I'll get after, I try to communicate with you on facebook but now answer (months ago). Where can we chat we you before subscribe ?

Love this! But the middle finger on the third string.... just a tad awkward.
@jessevernon502 Жыл бұрын
Yeah, I agree. I came here to ask about this. Why not alternate thumb index thumb like a normal single string lick? I know Noam uses the middle finger here too but I'm curious what the logic is?
@pegloughran3700 Жыл бұрын
I had the same thought initially but I think the logic is that it’s just a forward roll…if you don’t think too hard about while playing!😅

@@pegloughran3700 Ah, that makes sense and is helpful to visualize. Time to keep practicing! Thanks!

Awkward for me too, especially since I purposely got into the habit or resting both my ring finger and pinky on the banjo head. This was Earl's advice for maximum stability. The middle finger is much more free when you rest only the pinky on the head as Eli is doing. Guess I'll have to learn to play banjo 2 ways!
