Levi's center serving lock in technique is what I use now cause it can't separate, ever.. it amazing. Had to re- serve all my bows but it was sure wroth it.

It is even better to use wax before winding, since this method does not guarantee that everything will remain in the same place. The ideal result is passing the end of the thread through the string criss-cross 2 times. We get a real stopper for serving. I've been checking and that's the only way I'm doing it.

Thanks for your video about beginning and finishing the servings. I bild recurve strings, but it's the same job. What about the string before you start? Is it twisted? And if you spinn the serving, will the strands be untwisted under it? Thanks in advance!

have you ever split the string for the start the tail .so you don't have any of the tail over the top of any of the serving. ulmer showed that to me "old school"🤔🤔🤔🤔
