I just love the ambiance of this episode. IMO unsurpassed to that day. But I must say I NEVER understood the NOD ending....Why is Kane disappearing like this? Anyway, awesome job as always. The amount of work you put on these cutscenes is amazing. Hats down!

My theory was always that Kane was never immortal - I always thought he had control of the Chronosphere from Red Alert and was beaming himself away. Being able to travel through time would explain so many things - especially predicting Tiberium

Unfortunately it's probably not possible. To my understanding the VQA format can't exceed the roughly 640 x 400 resolution of the original TS cutscenes, so the cutscenes that shipped with the games are already the highest quality the games can possibly play. Unless a modder figures out a way to get the games to play a different format, like .mp4 or .bnk, and to switch resolutions between game res and full display when playing the cutsenes, then this may not be possible. If some such modder does know how to do this, I'd happily help out with formatting the cutscenes for them From Renegade-onward an upscaled cutscenes mod seems absolutely possible, it's something I'm looking into

Yeah, unfortunately those were just too small to get much out of, it just comes out as a blurry mess with sharp dithering pixels. I think those shots are best upscaled nearest neighbour to retain the pixels, but I get that that's an acquired taste
