as an Arsenal fan, I have to agree with Noel...... the "noise" around each club is not determined necessarily by the success and achievements of the club...... it's rather about the clout that surrounds the club...... I mean, we haven't won anything in 20 years, but sports media are up our asses substantially more than any other club...... we are dragged basically into almost every PL debate for some reason, even if we have nothing to do with that specific matter...... but the journalists always find a way to include us in that debate somehow :D Arsenal is like Kanye trying to run away from TMZ :D:D

Arsenal was that bad on the home stretch thats why city catch them. Ive watched their pre season games and all the goals they conceded are the same type that derailed their title chance. Sloppy defensive errors or midfielder lost the ball which turned over into quick counter attacks that lead to goals. They have to improve that part of their game to stand a chance. No matter what city do i couldn't see them reel in back arsenal if they had won at anfield, west ham and against southampton, you talking 13 points ahead going to the ethiad. Yea i know theh lost their but only cut the deficit by just 3 points.

I think the reason why there hasn't been the attention given to City is that 1) They don't actually have that many fans- or rather they have a decent sized real fanbase who were with them when they were in the 3rd tier 25 years ago, then the one's who jumped on the bandwagon as they got successful, and 2) Other fans know that the City owners financially doped the club to build their success, so in effect we all regard their success as being bought, so its a bit "meh".
