definitely get what you're saying and can agree. I look at nofap as a community with tons of people dealing with the same issue. and to share their progress and success stories. I don't use reddit any more but Im sure the community is still strong. cheers man

Congratz on not drinking. Haven't done it in 12 years now! About no-fap: I think these people need to stop looking for a single point of failure and seek actual self improvement. I see so many people hyperfocused on porn addiction as if quitting porn would magically turn their lives over. I find it hard to believe that porn is what's keeping them down but instead it gives them a false sense of accomplishment and a fairly easy problem to tackle. Just my 2cents.

Glad I found your channel, you seem very thoughtful You're right, its the same with anything, confidence makes reality, ie the difference between "Oh yeah im starting to maybe learn guitar haha im pretty bad at it" vs "I play guitar" is the exact same, the latter learner is much more likely to succeed and just see it as something he does.

"weak little boys" Man this is some trad sh*t. There are plenty of reasons to quit porn, but this isn't one of them. Prefacing, of course the correct thing is just to dislike the video and not give the creator any engagement to make their video more visible.
