I don’t know how you listened but the man pretty much said no-fap will be much easier to maintain if you get your beliefs in check. It’s so true. I quit soda over 7 years ago. You can leave a case of whatever soda with me, I won’t drink it. Same should be with porn and other stuff. Just not quite there yet.
