Yeah I felt this way a decade ago already when I befriended someone who claimed to be genderfluid. I am cool with sane legit actual trasnpeople who live in reality, such as Blaire White. But how you dress and express yourself has nothing to do with gender. If getting rid of dysphoria would be as easy as change your clothes that'd be great but it doesn't work this way. To call it nonbinary transgender, as this show even did too is ridiculous. There is no transumbrella. They are appropriating for attention and clout while not facing the actual horrors that come with suffering from gender dysphoria. It's disgusting. There's only 2 genders. Even for trans people there is. You are either transmale or transfemale. Nothing else.

When i was abused in my 20s i suffered a gender disphoria for several months ... it was a consequence of trauma, dissacociation, loss of self, - i didn't know who i was anymore. Most of these people, to my mind, are not well. I was suicidal also. Being suicidal wasn't a result of the gender disphoria though ... it was a result of the abuse (narcissistic abuse) and trauma. So both the disphoria AND being suicidal were symptoms of basically having my sense of self destroyed by abuse. So i'm saying that these young people being suicidal is not necessarily a product of them being non binary or whatever ... but for other reasons, ... probably the same reasons that caused their self identity to fall into question. - trauma, stress.

When they ask, “how does it affect your life?” I think back to when I had that question when I heard people tormenting gays and lesbians and wanting to refuse them service, etc. it didn’t affect anyone. However, the demand of the trans movement literally does affect our lives, so the changes that are being demanded should be a topic of civil discussion. I have always supported trans people, but I think it’s ridiculous that we are changing laws that are based on sex-biological differences-due to gender. How does that make sense? And I don’t hear it argued enough. We should support trans people and their identities while maintaining our spaces based on sex. I think gender neutral facilities are a great option for trans people. Why compromise the safety of a the majority (women) for a minority? We all deserve to feel safe. Imagine if we shaped the world around minority needs instead of majority needs. It’s absurd. I think minorities need to be acknowledged, treated fairly, and to experience safety and belonging, but we don’t have to compromise that of a larger number of people to do so. People using statistics from past data to dismiss the concerns of people related to a current never-before-seen circumstance makes no sense. How do you discount the changes this begets when so confidently stating these issues people foresee are not a problem?

I thought it was going to be a classical music recital but when I got there it was a memorial service for a female journalist who had died a few years prior. He gave a nice speech. I'm sure a lot of them genuinely feel that way. But I feel a lot of kids would get confused by this, and seeing that maybe they don't fit into being one or the other they have to be another thing. You don't have to feel like you're like other guys or girls. Act however you want and dress like whatever you want. But your actual biology is whatever it was you were born with. Piers has a point, but surely him working in the media know that it's literally jam packed with sham marriages and closet gay's. As for a fad you could say the same with gays now, years ago there weren't anywhere near as many purely because most hid themselves away and now its become acceptable, sure some jump on the bandwagon for a laugh or other reasons, but they aren't actually gay and won't be turned gay
