If you don’t want to say if you were born male or female shows how confused you are and it’s sad no one ever helped you to become aware of yourself and your own body. Actually, the whole tolerance thing gets in the way: like spoiling a child who doesn’t want to go to school and ends up being a drug dealer or worse because no one ever helped him/her to understand the importance of education and sacrifice for his/her own sake. I am shocked that very few people bring the attention on the fact that gender dysphoria is a psychological disorder and it should be treated as such: one needs stability and reassurance, not parents who give in to your whims and let you choose as a toddler who you want to be. As a little child one is not able of consciously making clear decisions: we aren’t fully formed as persons, but we for sure have one solid irrefutable characteristic. The chromosomes combination that saves us from any possible doubt about who we are. Sad to say that only natural selection will save us from the confusion. When the time will come, there will again only be males and females left… evolution doesn’t care about pronouns.

To ask if a person is born Female or Male is very basic question as its also a fact, and if you get sick and need medical help in hospital there going to be situations when they NEED to know if you are born Male or Female. As its important so they do not give you the wrong medical care!!! If I am going to a doctor or need an operation I want the doctor to KNOW clear and well that I am a Biological Female or things can go very wrong. /Ps have had to deal with operations and hospital since I was 13 , so I do know what I am saying. And if they do not ask that question or accept me telling something else or see me as something else, I would walk out that door directly and get a doctor that ACTUALLY understand BIOLOGY .

Not “ they are” but “they is”. If the word they is being used to refer to a singular, it must be followed by the singular of the verb. Eg. They eats, they sleeps, they seems, they was etc. If they is going to insist on being called they as a subject and them presumably as an object, they needs to use they grammatically correctly. Personally, I prefer IT as it doesn’t lead to all the confusion with verbs.

Wikipedia wrote definition of a word woman (and man) right that it's based on sex (genitals, body parts and XX and XY chromosomes). They even explained in more detail that men have a working Y chromosome and that possible but rare extra genes don't change sex (even they can be partly responsible for possible developmental issues). Same site says that a transwoman is a woman who was assigned male at birth meaning that a doctor accidentally marked a baby girl as a baby boy. Since transgender means that there was mistake in person's birth certificate there is no need for puberty blockers, cross sex hormones and surgeries for body dysphoria. Wikipedia put notice that editing the definition of transwoman and transman is denied by the editor and if you check the Wikipedia definition of transgenderism the page asks you to give money to them for spreading 'information'.
