There is no achol in teriyaki sauce. I make my own teriyaki sauce.

A traditional teriyaki sauce recipe has sake and mirin in it- both contain alcohol. This recipe is a great alternative for those who can't have alcohol or don't have access to it.

@@thesauceandgravychannel Pretty sure all the alcohol would flare off with the boiling...just the "taste" components would remain.
