"Nori Sushi Rolls & Egg Wrapped Sushi Rolls Recipe"
Ingredients (Serves: 4):
💛Brown rice 1.5 cups
💛White rice 1.5 cups
💛Glutinous rice vinegar 120ml
💛Rock sugar powder 30g
💛5 eggs (3 eggs for tamagoyaki, 2 eggs for an egg wrapped sushi roll)
💛1 cucumber
💛1 carrot
💛Vegetarian floss (pork floss) 4 tbsp
💛2 salt spoons of salt
💛MSG 1 tsp
💛White pepper powder to taste
Directions:
👉1. To make a simplified tamagoyaki: 3 eggs, season with salt and plant flavor, and beat them up. Pour into a greased pan and fry, roll while frying, cut one roll into 4 strips, and set aside.
👉2. Cook carrots: Add a small spoonful of salt in boiling water, blanch the carrots cut into strips, and set aside.
👉3. Cucumbers: Wash and dry the cucumbers, and set aside everything.
👉4. Make vinegar rice: with cooked rice, add glutinous rice vinegar and rock sugar powder, and mix well.
👉5. Make the egg crust: beat 2 eggs, pour into a greased pan, and fry on both sides.
👉6. Seaweed Sushi: Put the seaweed on the curtain with the rough side facing you. Spread the rice flat on the seaweed (about 70% of the surface). Put the pork floss (or veggie floss), cucumber, carrot, and tamagoyaki on the rice. Refer to the video for the rolling technique.
👉7. Egg-wrapped sushi: Same as step 6, replace the seaweed sheet with the egg. Please refer to the video for the wrapping technique.
👉8. Cut sushi: Sharpen the knife and cut the sushi into appropriate sizes. Wash the knife after each cut to avoid damage to the sushi surface.
😍 大家好,我是芬姐!「海苔寿司&蛋皮寿司」是大人、小孩都喜欢的食物,食材和做法都很简单,妈妈可以带着孩子一起操作。从备料、拌醋饭、卷寿司、切寿司,过程有趣又增进情感,疫情过后也可以约三五好友一起来边做边聊喔!
「海苔寿司 & 蛋皮寿司」
食材(约4人份):
💛糙米 1.5杯
💛白米 1.5杯
💛糯米醋 120ml
💛冰糖粉 30克
💛鸡蛋5颗 (玉子烧要3颗鸡蛋、蛋皮要2颗鸡蛋)
💛小黄瓜 1条
💛红萝卜 1条
💛素松(肉松) 4大匙
💛盐 2小匙
💛植物味素 1小匙
💛白胡椒粉 适量
煮法:
👉1.制作简易玉子烧:鸡蛋3颗,加盐和植物味素调味,打散。倒入抹油的平底锅煎,一边煎一边卷,一卷切成4条备用。
👉2.烫胡萝卜:滚水中加一小匙盐,将切成条状的胡萝卜汆烫去生备用。
👉3.处理小黄瓜:小黄瓜洗净、擦干,一切四备用。
👉4.做醋饭:三杯米煮出来的干饭,加糯米醋和冰糖粉,用翻拌切饭的手法混合均匀。
👉5.做蛋皮:2颗鸡蛋打散,倒入抹油的平底锅,两面煎至微金黄即可。
👉6.海苔寿司:海苔放在帘子上,粗糙面朝自己,将饭平铺于海苔上(约7分满),将素松、小黄瓜、胡萝卜、玉子烧放在饭上,参考影片的手法将寿司卷起。
👉7.蛋皮寿司:同步骤6,将海苔片换成蛋皮,手法请参考影片。
👉8.切寿司:刀子磨利,将寿司切成适当的大小,每切完一卷寿司要将刀子上面的饭洗干净,避免寿司切面被破坏。
