You can't improve. But you can reduce negative mood with a book research. The next best drink is beer. Beer requires different mats to craft.

How many warriors can 1 training ground support?

@@tallkooljp good question. Around 20 I think... build multiple training grounds if you have lots of warrior. I have 3 just in case now, late game.

How do you make peasants warriors?

@Redridge07 click on army tab at the bottom screen, click on the + flag then click on any peasant if available on the left middle. Not all peasants can be warriors at start. But they may be available as you progress in time
