I use a Philips Senseo Coffe machine. Works great. I use the air fryer too, and a pizza machine/ plancha and..... a rice cooker/ steamer from Tefal and an induction plate I bought at ikea. All running on batteries. I can't live without it.

....and the aero press makes a great single cup of coffee. I use the french press method if I want more than 1 cup. This video was spectacular. I used to think the alps in Switzerland was THE place for great mountain views , but I think Norway is just as spectacular. Thanks for sharing. Can't wait for the next installment!

Also, when you’re traveling around there’s an interesting museum in Hamar you should take a peek at. It’s about the people who left Norway and headed to North America, primarily in the 1800s. There’s an open air part of the museum, that features buildings built and owned by Norwegians, primarily in the United States. These buildings were carefully dismantled and shipped to Norway. The church at this museum was located on a ridge just outside of my hometown in Minnesota.

Your Greek toasted cheese-bread looks super-tasty, crrrrr, and crispy. You have become a master in toasting sandwiches. When I was in Greece I loved their bread ! Do you know the German Dallmayr Kaffee ? Excellent coffee ! I admire your beautiful Scandinavian bed-cover, it must be quite soft and warm ! - I love the immensely huge waterfalls, and the everlasting sound of the rustling wild waters, and the snow-covered mountains along the fjords.... Love the vanlife. We have visited Vesterålen and Lofoten last week. We were chased away by the enormous amount of tourists and we are now looking for peace and quiet again to take a walk and just enjoy nature. So we are travelling a bit further south. Hope you're feeling better now.

I though that would be the case with Lofoten, didnt want to scare you away earlier, but it is an absolute shitshow, I am thinking locals will start taking matters into their own hands at some point like they do in the Canaries.

This sure brought back good memories of ur start with the Grey Warrior. N it was good to see u. My dad was n the hospital recently for 18 days. He was doing really well n was set to come home but he turned quickly n died on June 10. My mother n I were at his side as he passed. I am beyond devastated with more grief. And n losing my dad I’ve loss my job. I worked for him for 19 years. I am taking care of my mother through all this n will b looking for a job soon. My husband dying 10 n half months ago. One of my best of friends dying n January n my dad with added with loss of job. I feel to b suffocating n grief. N now my friend is ill. I saw the post 2nite n my heart hurts for u being n such pain. I have begun to pray for ur comfort n healing my friend. N u SHOULDNT apologize to us for taking a rest. That’s xactly what u must do is rest. Rest heals.
