I agree! I can't imagine being comfortable taking a shower after a stranger. There are so many diseases now that I couldn't do it. I don't even want to use public restrooms if I can help it. I can't even imagine using the same kitchen. If they get upset with you no telling what they may do to your food. People are weird. I have seen so many cases of people doing horrible unthinkable things to other people that I just couldn't live with a stranger or even a friend. I don't understand why people want to live in New York when they have to compromise so much and live this way. So happy I am from the south and we have enough homes to go around and you can have your own home.

A bathroom is the most important room in an apartment & all appliances in working conditions. You need the most important. A shower you could wait for a couple days. If you're not in any hard construction job.
