Notifications in the bell icon in ServiceNow Next Experience (Provider notifications)

A simple example of adding notifications to the bell icon in ServiceNow Next Experience (Provider notifications).

I'm triggering the notification for the assignment group but it is showing error logs. I.e. for all providers 'notification name' do not have any associated common content or peovider content or default content for the provider chat notification peovider, this provider will not be initialized. I have set the content and it is working fine if the notification is sent to individual user. Any solution to this?

why SN has changed the color of notifications from Red to Blue? Can we change it back to red?

The issue I'm having with this is that the number doesn't show on the Bell showing a new notification. No clue why.

Hello , It's a known issue and is fixed in Washington release. We faced the same issue and upon raise of HI ticket , this thing was communicated to us

is there a way to increase the width of the bell notifications? in legacy workspace is bigger and does not cut off the text. Thanks

Youre doing this inside Service Ops Workspace so you must be on Utah?

Video offers no clue about how to enable the notification icon in the upper right. No such icon in my UTAH Instance.

In the preferences you have badge count , you can enable it
