I'll confess, I was a liiiiiitle triggered (struggle with ED and body dysmorphia) but I was very encouraged by your incredibly reasonable "take what works and leave the rest" approach. Thanks to chronic illness, many forms of movement are off the menu for me, but I CAN swim, and do water therapy. I just HAVEN'T been, because ... scrambled brain. That will change - my commitment to this part of getting my sh*t together, then, is to go to the pool 4 days/week for the next 90 days. Thank you for your honesty and vulnerability - and for leaving in the part where your dog was "helping" you work out. It was the perfect reminder that it may not look like it does on 'influencer' social media, but it still counts.

When it comes to adhd I just have to have it as a non-negotiable with a set aside time. Literally the schedule I work my life around
