Oh my god! This says "beginner" but I am not sure about that! I thought I was getting in shape walking. I used 3 and 5 lbs. Perfect workout for me. Challenged my everything, balance, coordination, concentration, and step dance skills lol. Thank you!

Love this combo workout. On my list to do again Thursday. One question: when doing the knee lifts you mouth something like flex abs. Are we crunching as we lift knee or is flex something else? Ah yes, I keep meaning to stop mouthing words...argh. Sorry about that. When we raise the knees, yes, concentrate on flexing the abs as the knee comes up (and breathe out). Also, when we lift the leg up in another move and our hand goes towards the toes, also flex the abs. Thanks for your feedback about the motivational words:)

18, 03 2024 Hi Jules, I saw this one today and I looked at it first and then I thought I might just try it. So, I did. I stopped the dumb bells, mines were 0,3l water bottles at 12 minutes and continued without them, but I completed the exercise, it was interesting. Thank you and have a good night.

Good Morning Jules. What a wonderful workout to start off the week. The music was great. I used 3 and 5 lb weights to start, but the second time i did the workout i dropped to a 1 lb weight to increase my arm mobility. The 5lb weight was just right for the other exercises though. Hi Jules, having read some of the other feedback, I found this to be more than a beginner workout too. I use your 2-day strength program, and various intermediate cardio workouts all the time, so consider myself fairly fit! Maybe it is the combination of the two elements that adds to the challenge? That said, I enjoyed it, and appreciate the variety as it helps to ring the changes. Many thanks as always 😊

You can absolutely hold onto a wall or chair, and only lift your foot a little bit off the floor instead of raising it as much as I am. Ideally, add a balance exercise into your daily routine (even 2 minutes daily will help).

I made it a plan to start the all-in -ones again and oh my…this was a really great start. Tougher than I thought it would be. My only complaint…the middle eastern/south asian music…when a certain instrument was plucked it sounded like it was saying “I am stupid” over and over. I sang along in my head, but tried not to take it personally, nor ingrain it in my mind. 🥴😂

What a great and challenging workout. I loved the fast pace, and the 30 second intervals! I’ve been working out since 2020, and this was just the right challenge for me. I used 3 lbs to begin with and had to drop to my 1.5 weights. Phew! I was feeling it the whole time. Love getting in my cardio, while also improving strength and balance at the same time. THANK YOU!
