This was a great workout - much better (faster flow, better stretching, felt more like a true workout) than other prenatal yoga classes I've taken. Really enjoyed it!

I am 3 months postpartum and this workout paired with the 30 day postpartum plan has been a godsend! I will come back to this yoga routine after a long mountain bike ride or as a way to start or end my day. Perfect!
