I love your work and your energy and your realness! I just discovered you a few days ago and I’m hooked! I appreciate all that you do! I’m two years postpartum at 38yrs old. @@nourishmovelove it's hard to train with you. You talk all the time, you don't respect break times, there's no normal on-screen timer to know when to start and stop exercise. By the time you show what's going on, it's been a long time... you should follow the lead of others from yt and add a window showing what's coming next. It would really make it easier to work with you, because that's how people get annoyed that they don't know how much, what, where to do....
