This was very challenging for me because you can really pack a lot into 10 minutes. This was a humbling workout and I'm going to add this in 2-3 times a week because I want to improve. Thanks!

I added ankle weights to the booty burn workout with the booty band and holy bananas was that hard. Thank you NML for always bringing challenging workouts even if they are only 10 minutes.

Would you recommend the bands you used in place of the typical resistance bands for all workouts? Looks like the staying power is great. Wondering if we can use those in all of your resistance band workouts since they say ‘mini’?

I love your workouts so much! You guys have been keeping me moving throughout this pregnancy, 36 weeks now! Do you have any advice for postpartum, I worry that all my hard work might be lost during the downtime after baby arrives. Working out has become such a positive part of my routine ❤️ thank you again for all the great content!

Love ❤ these isolated workouts ..... even the 10 mins abs and knee recovery is awesome . May i suggest , you have some more of these 10 mins isolated workouts. I have not seen isolated chest or obliques...

Wowza! I completed this after a tough leg day as a burnout finisher thinking “Oh, it’s beginner style, it won’t be bad.” I was way wrong! I could not hover the whole time during the single leg bridges. My legs were shakin’ like bacon! Btw, I have been following you since you had only a handful of KZbin videos and I just love your positivity. It’s always a fun time with you, even when the workouts are torture 😢 and your arms are looking so strong! ❤
