Circuit training alternates full body exercises with minimal rest between exercises. Today's workout includes 3 unique circuits, each of which has 4 exercises: an upper body exercise, a lower body exercise, a core exercise and a cardio exercise. Talk about a total body burn! 🔥

✨THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body CIRCUIT WORKOUT with Dumbbells ✨
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Set of Dumbbells
I recommend 8-25 lbs depending on your fitness level. I'm using 12 lbs in this workout video.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 3 Circuits
✔️ 4 Exercises Per Circuit (upper body, lower body, core and cardio)
✔️ Timed Intervals (45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest for the dumbbell strength exercises, 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest for the bodyweight cardio exercise)
✔️ Repeat x2 Sets
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1) Arms: Upright Row + Row to Overhead Shoulder Press
2) Legs: 2-Pulse Squat Thruster
3) Core: Plank + Dumbbell Open to T
4) Cardio: Burpee + Dumbbell Pick Up
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1) Arms: 4 Reverse Grip Back Rows + 4 Bicep Curls
2) Legs: Curtsy Lunge + Bicep Curl + Squat
3) Core: Dumbbell Pullover + Alternating Leg Lower
4) Cardio: 3 Skaters + 1 Single Leg Bound

1) Arms: Push Up + Straight Arm Tricep Kickback
2) Legs: Pass Through Lunges
3) Core: Hollow Rock Scissor Chops
4) Cardio: Single Leg Lunge Drops

I absolutely love the format of this workout! Such a complete full body burn with the combo of upper, lower, abs, cardio - repeat. Definitely my favorite type of workout you have ( though I love all your workouts - you are amazing!) I would love to see more videos like this in the future!

Loved this format! Wowzers I was sweating but those cardio bursts were fun! Loved your talk about your 3 year old. We can all learn something from our kids. They are fantastic little motivators. When I’m huffing my way through a workout, my 4 year old tells me don’t worry mommy. You got this!

This was awesome. I just started going back to exercising (had to stop because of an injury) and I think the intensity of this circuit was just right for me. (Only, I can't do the push ups! YET!) Thank you!

Thank you! I’m 2 months post 2nd baby and this was fun to follow. It wasn’t too easy or too difficult. I modified the an exercises to make sure I was using proper form and keeping my lower back onto the floor.

My first time doing any of your workouts and I am wiped! Usually I walk for exercise but I wanted to switch it up and try strength. I wasn’t able to keep up fully today and cut the last circuit short but I’ll keep trying! Thank you for your videos!

Did this again. Yet another great mix of strength and cardio. It is so great to see the circuits be broken into moves that are easy to grasp giving opportunity to work on my form and then add reps and weights! Your beef friends are fun to work out with! Thanks for working out with me on a rainy Tues in NY.... (air high fives. hope we never had to re live thru last year lol)
