Did this again. Yet another great mix of strength and cardio. Everyone talks about how NML workouts help them get stronger and that is totally the case, but for me it's the cardiovascular fitness that has skyrocketed since I started NML. I did a PR in 5k without real running training just by working out with Lindsey and Rachel and I was 18 months postpartum with significant pelvic pain after birth. It's really amazing what these workouts have done for me and I am beyond thankful for that ❤️

Wow! What a workout! Currently 33 weeks preggo! Made some modifications but got a hell of a sweat and was able to move up to 20lbs dumbbells for workouts! I guess your body never really forgets the strength training prior to the pregnancy! Thanks Lindsay for your commitment in producing these very creative workouts! I am a FIS myself but have been off due to Covid and gyms being closed. Appreciate your rock hard workouts!

Loved this workout! Any tips for keeping the flutter kicks out of the hip flexors? I've been following your workouts since last year and my abdominal awareness and connection has improved so much. Anything with the legs up and lowering always seems to end up in my hip flexors, no matter how much I focus on my breath and keeping the low back to the floor and bringing the hip bones together. Any tips would be appreciated!! I don't have a ton of hamstring flexibility so my legs are usually bent, not sure if maybe that's it. Thanks so much, LOVE your workouts so much!

Way to go Elizabeth -- this isn't your first NML workout -- you've got the lingo down and taking notes of ALL the cues! Honestly this isn't always simple. A lot of people have to constantly work at not engaging their hip flexors. For one thing, you can't really leave the hip flexors entirely out of most ab exercises-they're still an important part of the picture. The idea is to get in the habit of involving the abs as much as you can to keep the hip flexors from taking over. Your first line of defense is always awareness. Pilates workouts can help with this too! One exercise that is really helpful is the bent knee drops! They're in this ab workout video -- kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZPQmGBmodV0hcU

Wooow this one was challenging!!! I am 14 weeks post-partum and challenged myself to do it with 12 lbs dumbells Well I felt GREAT and PROUD! Made minor modifications (still have a tiny diastasis recti so I am careful on core exercise) Thank you so much for those amazing workouts, been following them during my pregnancy as well and I am pretty sure that's one of the reason I felt so good and recovered so fast :-)

Appreciate the modifications, please continue to add them. I am 12 wks postpartum. By the way what would be a good modification for that butterfly kick exercise? I kept one leg bent with the foot on the ground and the other leg was slightly bent and raised.

Way to go Margee, I hope you're doing well mama! Yes, we try to offer modifications in every video. And are you referring to the leg lower + overhead pull exercise? You can always omit the leg lowers and just do the overhead pull with both legs on the ground. Keep up the great work mama!

Thank you! I’m 2 months post 2nd baby and this was fun to follow. It wasn’t too easy or too difficult. I modified the an exercises to make sure I was using proper form and keeping my lower back onto the floor.

Holy Bananas this was solid my friend! Love your story about your son, I had the same experience with my son who is 47years old now! I felt this and will feel it more tomorrow! What workout would you recommend for tomorrow since I did strength today? See you tomorrow!
