I just found this one after a 'standing' workout with lots of sideways leg movements that I have a very hard time following. My coordination and motor is quite poor, probably due to comorbid dyspraxia, which is why I seek out standing weight videos only. That way I can see on the screen what the instructor is doing. You also give very clear instructions and frequent reminders to maintain form, which I find essential, and you motivate to challenge.

YEAH I hope you love this one!! It depends on the purpose of your workout -- no repeat workouts are great if you're not feeling super motivated, and want a fun way to move your body and get your heart rate up. Strict sets style is better for building muscle (which is why we do those workouts more frequently!). I think both have a purpose -- it's all about balance!
