I recently completed the 20-Minute Upper Body Dumbbell Workout from Nourish Move Love, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! I never trusted my shoulder strength, but I just did squat thrusters with a 30 lb weight! Couldn’t have done it without your ques and consistency!

That was a good arm pump,took it easy on the shoulder part, tendonitis,but felt good,used 15 lbs,all the way through,I am good and sweaty,gonna be 65 in Feb,ty

I just found this one after a 'standing' workout with lots of sideways leg movements that I have a very hard time following. My coordination and motor is quite poor, probably due to comorbid dyspraxia, which is why I seek out standing weight videos only. That way I can see on the screen what the instructor is doing. You also give very clear instructions and frequent reminders to maintain form, which I find essential, and you motivate to challenge.

Thanks for another great workout!! I always appreciate when you tell us what weight you are using for each exercise. It encourages me to go heavier! I know I'm usually using a few lbs lighter than you but it gives me great perspective on what I can /should be using.

YEAH I hope you love this one!! It depends on the purpose of your workout -- no repeat workouts are great if you're not feeling super motivated, and want a fun way to move your body and get your heart rate up. Strict sets style is better for building muscle (which is why we do those workouts more frequently!). I think both have a purpose -- it's all about balance!

I'm 32 weeks pregnant with baby #5 and starting to feel the fatigue of it all. I could mentally wrap my head around 20 minutes of arms with no repeats and all standing. My God …. Can’t believe that I have never done this exercise. Day 1 for me after 1 month and 2 weeks break… was so scared to come back and had to push myself…. I have done only 1 exercise last week…. But this week is gonna be different….. thank you team NML

EXCELLENT workout! Holy smokes, so much knocked out in 20 minutes. Doesn't seem possible, but my upper body begs to differ, thank you! Would definitely come back to this one.
