I'm a year late to the party, so to speak, but this right here. I can not start a day with out some sort of work out, walking my dogs whatever, but your workouts always seem to elicit many emotions. I always tell me friends and family that workouts are my happy. If they want me in a good mood all day, don't expect me to miss a workout. 😂 after each work out my only thought was 'oh dear goodness.!' 😊

So many wonderful comments and encouragement for your workouts. I have tried many workouts from, many fitness instructors on KZbin, and I love their workouts, but I always got bored easily for many reasons and would just do my own thing or go back to the workouts i thought challanged me most. You motivate, you mix it up and combine, you challange us to work on all planes, and during all this we aren't just being taught to use different parts of our body on different planes, but also encouraging us to use the brain to process and execute the movements until we can do everything in swift movements without issue. Absolutely love it. Thank you once again for bringing the challenge. Have a great day!

Thought I could lift 24 lbs but I’m glad I focused on form for this one and muscle activation because 15 and 21 lbs when taking all of that into account was all I needed for this workout, which was truly very tough! Thank you for challenging us and doing the challenge with us! I felt your pain when you said you wanted to stop but you chose to keep going instead! You’re the best! After doing SplitStrong over and over since it was released, I am so happy with the results; my body looks amazing, I feel so strong, and my mobility has improved immensely! I really enjoy the length of these workouts. Most splits I have done require more volume and it would be harder for me to fit in my day. These are perfect length for my 6 month olds first nap. I have been doing my 35’s and 20’s for most of these large muscle groups, feels good after going lighter through out pregnancy and postpartum. I would love to see some Bulgarian Split Squats, they are one of my favorite lunge variation. I have strength trained since I was 14 and been doing HIIT since 2008. I am really picky on trainers as I have the capacity to put together my own workouts . You are very engaging and I have enjoyed all of your workouts, thank you for all the hard work.

Oh my God, just finished this for a change after your 15 minutes bare workout and it feels soo good but so challenging ! I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I love the way you teach us to keep going strong during our pregnancy :) Love from France xx
