► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-heavy pair of dumbbells. Optional mini loop resistance band and bench/chair. I recommend 8-25 lbs. I’m using 15-20 lb dumbbells in this workout video.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 22 Lower Body Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest)
✔️ No Repeats (you only do each leg exercise once, so make the most of your time, aiming for as many reps as possible in 40 seconds)

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this channel. I have been working out for many years and just over the last few years turned to KZbin for a fun change. This channel Is the real deal. Lindsay is intense, incredibly encouraging, and very informative. Having her coach you the whole time is amazing. You can follow her weights and reps and timing and it will be intense! Or she provides modifications and encourages you to do it at your pace. This is the real deal! She is one tough momma!

I feel the same way, I was working out at a gym 3-5 times a week for two hours(sometimes 3) and I wasn’t seeing results. But when the pandemic hit we canceled gym membership so I had to find something else and... I found NML and I am seeing more results working out 3-5 times a week for only up to an hour compared to before! She is also so understanding about women who are postpartum. My youngest is 9 and I am still trying to lose the baby weight. I just lover her channel so much and I love working out with her and Rachel! ❤️

I love mixing in these no repeat workouts! It’s a nice change of pace when you’re struggling to get motivated and something different then you’re usual WO. I also bought a gorilla mat ~ they are amazing!

Thanks for another great workout Lindsey! I really appreciate how you often remind us in all of your workout video which muscles we should be "turning on" during a move. I sometimes find I'm not actually using that muscle and it really helps me focus on firing it.

This was so good! While I like repetitions for building strength and perfecting form, this no repeat format is really fun to throw in to add some variety! Thank you so much Lindsey for another killer workout!!

Great exercise set. I recently twisted my ankle and have not been able to jump on it... this exercise was perfect for recuperation.

This was really fun and some of these moves I'd never done! The tutorial on the split lunge really helped me! Also using the chair for the single leg squat was brilliant. That was so hard for me! Thank you so much for your great workouts and helping me to be better!!
