This is a Brazilian Tourist Schooner. It is a motorboat and rarely uses sail. It is highly unstable in rough sea and can only hug coastlines in fair weather. It is designed to give tourist parties short island-hopping tours. This one has a rotten hull and keel. My advice: beach it somewhere permanent, and offer wonderful 'hotel' accommodation type services. It is beautiful to look at and safe out of water.
