Safe Catch tuna is the best with some super high quality mayo with no soy or canola oil. Olives capers basil or cilantro are nice as well.

capers are awesome in tuna salad. not a fan of cilantro in it, but some slivered red onion is good. and only safe catch! it's easy to make your own mayo if you have a blender.
