Ivar Bjørnson is easily the most underrated guitarist in metal. How he hasn't run out of mind-blowing riffs already is beyond me. Amazing stuff. I've seen Enslaved live 5 times, and proudly wear their shirts. EDIT: 6 times now

Big band experience usually means extra musicians. Lots of 70’s prog bands toured with 2 drummers.

I think it's because some parts due to the drummer singing and playing fast beats at the same time, if you look the way he's playing you can see that there's some drum fills exactly at that part he is singing
