Dr Simon can I get a unilateral absence of H- reflex in a patient who is asymptomatic as far as S1 radiculopathy is concerned. His complaint was feeling of losing balance on stationery standing for sometime but no problem while walking. Rest of the NCV finding were WNL. Age 78 years
