Sart doing 28 days as you said. I did intermittent fasting few years ago and didn't continue. Watching your videos i can understand more. I mostly eat 2 times a day for the last 1 year. Eat everything with that 2 meals. Now i m following what you say . Im lactose intolerant. So can't have much dairy. Also i can't do much exercise with my acl damage. This 28 day challenge will work for any age as im over 50 yrs old. But i need to loose weight before March. What's is your opinion. I've been watching all your videos n all of them are very informative. Thank you.
