But 2 years ago I added tofu in for salad dressing base and first time since being vegan, over 30 years vegan, I got pms symptoms . The silken tofu comes in 12 ounce containers and it’s very soft making it perfect for dressings. If you found a 16 ounce container recipe of soft silken tofu just use 12 ounces otherwise all of the portions of the other ingredients will be off and you won’t have the right balance of flavors. It won’t be as flavorful.

Tammy how can I add a little kick this. I just made it but may be a little bland for me. “
@NutmegNotebook2 жыл бұрын
It is much better after sitting in the fridge over night. That allows the fresh herbs time to infuse their flavor through out the dressing. I like it as is - you will need to make adjustments that suit your taste buds - we all have different taste preferences and I don't know what you are missing from it. Is it sodium, garlic, dill , vinegar? Think about which flavor you would like to have be stronger and go from there.

Try subbing white beans - 1 can or box, drained and rinsed.
